Commitment to Excellence

Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning.

Nourishing Education and Innovation.

Bronx Engineering and Technology Academy (BETA), was first founded as a program affiliated with Manhattan College School of Engineering.

The program constitutes of four years of math, technology and science classes and an outstanding 8 Semester Career and Technology Education program.

In addition, BETA High School offers specific career-driven courses in computer science and engineering. Physical facilities of BETA include an exceptionally rich Library, 3D Printers in students’ disposition, a large Auditorium and JFK Campus, which is shared with other small local schools.

At BETA, we empower our students to be proactive and guide them through their intellectual growth, as well as inspire a connected sense of community by enabling Tech and Gaming Clubs, Sports and extracurricular activities.
